Handy Maintenance - Terms and Conditions

 

1. Scope of Services


  • We provide handy maintenance services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to repairs, installations, and general upkeep.


2. Service Agreement


  • By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the agreement may

2. Service Agreement


  • By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the agreement may incur extra charges, subject to mutual agreement.


3. Scheduling and Availability


  • We will strive to accommodate your preferred schedule for maintenance appointments.
  • Emergency callouts are available for urgent issues, subject to availability and additional fees.


4. Pricing and Payment


  • Prices for services are provided upfront and may vary based on the complexity of the job.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon forms of payment.


5. Access to Property


  • You agree to provide access to the property for scheduled maintenance appointments.
  • If access is not possible at the agreed-upon time, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment or charge a fee for the missed visit.


6. Liability and Warranty


  • While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of our services.
  • We offer a warranty on workmanship for a specified period, as agreed upon for each individual project.


7. Cancellations and Rescheduling


  • We understand that plans may change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Client Responsibilities


  • You are responsible for informing us of any relevant information or preferences regarding the property and services required.
  • You agree to maintain the property in a safe and suitable condition for the provision of services.


9. Termination of Services


  • Either party may terminate the agreement with sufficient notice, as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Termination of services does not relieve any outstanding payment obligations.


10. Governing Law


  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands.


11. Amendments


  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
